I work with founders and growing companies who have built something meaningful and want their brand, product, and website to reflect the quality of their work. Together we clarify the direction of the business and build the brand and digital foundation that supports its next stage of growth.
Where you've seen my clients
You're not looking for more noise, more opinions, or more half-finished ideas.
You already have ideas. You already have ambition. In many cases, you already have the resources. What you want is the right person in the room. Someone who can see the potential in what you're building, expand the vision, make smart decisions, and make sure it's developed with taste, clarity, and intention.
Maybe you have a product you want to launch. Maybe your brand no longer reflects the level you're operating at. Maybe you have an idea you know could become something significant, but you haven't had the right partner to help shape it properly from the beginning.
Every engagement is different.
The commitment never is.
What you're actually paying for isn't just help getting something done. You're paying for perspective, discernment, and taste.
You want a partner who can step in, understand what you're trying to do, and carry it forward with both strategic thinking and creative precision. Someone who holds the full vision so nothing gets watered down.
– Jay Dean
I work with founders, educators, and purpose driven companies who are building something meaningful and want their brand to reflect the depth of their work. Most of my clients come to me at a moment when their business has grown but the brand, messaging, or digital presence no longer reflects where the company is going. Together we refine the direction of the brand and build the structure needed for the next stage of growth.
The best work happens through collaboration. My role is not simply to design something that looks good. It is to help founders think through how their brand, product, and digital presence should evolve.
Every project begins with understanding the business, the audience, and the long term direction of the company. That clarity guides every decision that follows.
Design should strengthen how a business is understood. Every visual decision should reinforce the message of the brand.
The final result is not just a brand or a website. It is a foundation that allows the business to continue growing.
Some of the most meaningful collaborations begin with a simple idea and grow into something much larger. Through brand development, product design, and digital strategy, the idea evolved into a product now used in classrooms around the world.
The Partnership
Areulia Davis spent over 30 years in the classroom. She knows what teachers need and she knows what children are capable of. When she came to me, she had one observation and one idea: there was no STEM curriculum designed for preschoolers. None. And she wanted to build it.
Together we brought the STEM Learning Cards to life from the ground up. Brand naming, product development, packaging, pricing strategy, web design, brand identity, creative direction, and the media strategy that got her featured in Black Enterprise. People all over the world have purchased this product.
Today she has a fully realized brand, a complete product suite, and a soon-to-launch course called The Calm Classroom Method. She also serves as a board member with the CAT organization in Chicago, working to keep schools open in underserved communities. The work we built together gave her the platform to do all of it.
